Honey

Bees play a key role in our ecosystem. As pollinators, they strongly influence genetic variation in the plant community, floral diversity and evolution while influencing ecological relationships.

At Le Pianore, honeybees are our most precious laborers, cooperating 24/7 in making sure our eco-village is filled with magical beauty while supporting the growth of our trees, flower and plants.

Our raw wildflower honey is produced in full worship and respect of such marvelous creatures. Every year we harvest only the leftover produce, making sure to leave plenty of honey for the wellbeing of the honeybees families in their beehives.
