Zancona (2020) Toscana Bianco IGT

Bright straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, the nose is clean, intense, with elderflower, tomato stem, sage and fresh mentholated hints on a thiol background. By rotating the wine in the glass, the sensations of crunchy white pulp fruit, lime and lichi on very pleasant and delicate woody hints increase. The palate entrance is taut, vibrant, vertical and leads the taster to the freshness of the territory; continuing in the sip it acquires flavor and sweetness recalling caramel with coarse salt grains, then pastry. Very long and pleasant finish embellished with returns of cardamom, lemon and floral memories.
